5mm RGB LED (Common Anode/Common Cathode)

Description

5mm RGB LED means Red, Green, Blue LED. The Red source color devices are made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate Light Emitting Diode. The Green source color devices are made with InGaN on Sapphire Light Emitting Diode. While the Blue source color devices are made with InGaN Light Emitting Diode. Note that the LEDS are damaged by static electricity and surge. Hence a wrist band or anti-electrostatic glove should be used when handling the LEDs.
