74HC125B Quadruple Bus Buffer Gates

Description

74HC125B is a quadruple set of bus buffer gates and features independent line drivers with 3-state outputs. It is designed for 2-V to 6-V Vcc operation. Each output is disabled when the associated output-enable (OE) input is high.

Features of 74HC125B Include;

• Has a Voltage Operating Range of between  2 V to 6 V.
• In addition it has Drives Up to 15 LSTTL  Loads.
• Also has a Low Power Consumption that is, 80-µA Maximum I_CC.
• ±6-mA Output Drive at 5 V.
• Moreover, has a Low Input Current of 1 µA Maximum.
