CA3130 Operational Amplifier with CMOS Output

CA3130 combines the advantages of both the CMOS and the  bipolar transistors. The circuit operate at supply voltages ranging from 5V to 16V. It can be phase compensated with a single external capacitor. In addition to that,  it has terminals for adjustment of offset voltage.

Features of CA3130 includes;

• Dual supply of between – ±2.5V to ±8V.

• Output Voltage maximum of 13.3V.
