However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or request a refund for a product you purchased from us. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Products Covered

This policy applies to all milk ATM machines, cooking oil ATM machines, water vending machines, and other electronics sold by Peupe Technologies.

Return and Refund Eligibility

Returns and refunds are generally considered within 14 days of purchase, with the following exceptions:

  • Products damaged during delivery: You can return a product damaged during delivery/shipping within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange. Please keep all materials for inspection.
  • Manufacturing defects: Under our 12-month warranty, we can repair your product or you can return a product with a confirmed manufacturing defect within the warranty period for an exchange. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

To initiate a return

  2. Provide your product details, order number, and reason for return.
  3. We will then guide you through the return process.
  4. Please ensure all returned items are properly packaged and returned with the original documentation.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Delivery Shipping costs for returned items are generally not refundable.
  • Custom-made or modified products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

For warranty claims:

Please contact our customer service team at  +254728569060 or info@peupetechnologies.com to initiate a warranty claim. We will require proof of purchase and photos or videos of the product malfunction. Once the claim is approved, we will arrange for a repair or replacement at our discretion.
