74HC05 Hex inverter with open-drain outputs

Description

74HC05 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device. It contains six inverters. The device has also outputs that are open-drain. Therefore, can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement active-LOW
wired-OR or active-HIGH wired-AND functions. 74HC05  suitable for use in automotive applications.

Features of 74HC05 includes;

•  Automotive product qualification in accordance with Automotive Electronics Council (Grade 1).
• Operating temperature ranges between -40°C to +85°C and from -40°C to +125°C.
• Supply Voltage between 2.0 V to 6.0 V.
• Also has a CMOS level Input levels.
